In the Greenhouse
Sow seed of biennials and perennials

In the Flower Garden
Cut perennial flowers for indoors
Harvest and dry delphiniums, peonies, roses, stock,
lady’s mantle, scabiosa, lavender
Collect seeds from forget-me-nots, hellebore, foxglove
and aquilea
Tie up climbers and layer clematis
Provide support for cutting flowers
Direct seed more annuals for late summer bloom
Cut back perennials after flowering
Feed container plants weekly
Deadhead flowers after bloom
Divide flag irises
