CLASSES
The classes at The Kitchen Garden Cooking School are a combination of hands-on and demonstration. We start with a tour of the garden and greenhouse, then we’re up to the kitchen to use the season's harvest of herbs, vegetables and fruits for the cooking class. Recipes are provided. Although the classes are vegetarian, tips on utilizing the recipes for meat, fish and poultry will be discussed.
Please wear shoes appropriate for the garden.FEBRUARY 2012
